3. Eligibility & User Accounts

5. Pet Hood Watch Service

Pet Hood Watch is an independent service provided by a third party. Orvie acts solely as a payment facilitator and does not manage pet recovery operations.

Users must have an active subscription for at least 2 weeks before reporting a lost pet to be eligible for any refund guarantee.

Refunds for unsuccessful recoveries are managed by the third-party service provider and not Orvie.

We do not guarantee that Pet Hood Watch will successfully locate your pet.

Misuse of the service, including false missing pet reports, may result in account suspension and potential legal action.
6. Data Collection & Privacy

Users must provide valid and up-to-date contact details.

Personal data is stored securely and used only for essential service functionalities.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Users may request deletion of their data, but certain records may be retained for compliance and security purposes.
6.1 Data Security

While we implement security measures, we do not guarantee absolute protection against data breaches.

Users acknowledge that any data transmitted over the internet carries inherent risks, and Orvie is not responsible for unauthorized third-party access.
7. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses, courier failures, or force majeure events.
