Welcome to Pet Hood Watch, a global pet location service operated by FBA Logistics Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services worldwide. By accessing or using our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Service" refers to the Pet Hood Watch pet location services, including the use of drones, AI, and human-assisted search operations to locate lost pets. 1.2 "User" refers to any individual, business, or entity that registers for or uses the service, including but not limited to pet owners. 1.3 "Orvie" refers to a third-party brand that facilitates access to Pet Hood Watch services but holds no liability for the operation, results, or performance of Pet Hood Watch. 1.4 "Pet Owner" refers to a registered user who submits a pet search request. 1.5 "Search Request" refers to a formal request made by a pet owner for Pet Hood Watch to locate a lost pet. 1.6 "Search Zone" refers to the geographic area where a pet search is conducted, determined based on the last known location provided by the user. 1.7 "Subscription Plan" refers to the paid plan under which users gain access to Pet Hood Watch services, subject to restrictions and limitations outlined in these Terms.

2. SERVICE OVERVIEW

2.1 Functionality: Pet Hood Watch deploys advanced AI technology, drones, and human search teams to locate lost pets within the designated search zone. 2.2 Last Known Location Requirement: The service relies on the last known postcode/zipcode or coordinates provided by the user to determine the search zone. 2.3 Coverage: The service operates globally, subject to local regulations, operational feasibility, and environmental constraints. 2.4 Service Limitations: While we strive for the highest recovery success rate, we do not guarantee that the pet will be found. 2.5 Money-Back Guarantee: If a pet is not located, the user may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined in Section 5. 2.6 Subscription Restriction: Users are prohibited from submitting a search request within the first 14 days of subscribing to the service to prevent misuse. 2.7 Confidentiality of Search Methods: To protect the integrity of Pet Hood Watch’s proprietary technology and search methodologies, we are under no obligation to disclose details about the techniques, strategies, or specific efforts used to locate a pet. This ensures that our innovative approach remains effective and secure against potential exploitation. 2.8 Compliance with Local Laws: The user acknowledges that Pet Hood Watch operations may be subject to local laws, including but not limited to airspace regulations, privacy laws, and search restrictions in protected areas.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Accurate Information: Users must provide correct and up-to-date information when submitting a search request. 3.2 Legal Use: Users must not use the service for fraudulent, unlawful, or exploitative purposes. 3.3 Subscription Compliance: Users must adhere to the 14-day restriction before initiating a search request. 3.4 Environmental & Safety Acknowledgment: The user acknowledges that search operations may be impacted by weather conditions, restricted zones, and legal limitations.

4. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

4.1 Data Collection: We collect and store personal information, including pet details, user contact information, and location data related to search operations. 4.2 Global Data Compliance: Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and other relevant jurisdictional privacy laws. 4.3 Data Sharing: User-provided data may be shared with search teams, third-party service providers, and local authorities where required to facilitate pet recovery operations. 4.4 User Rights: Users have the right to request access, corrections, or deletion of their data by contacting us.

5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

5.1 No Liability for Pet Recovery: Pet Hood Watch does not guarantee pet recovery and is not liable for any unsuccessful searches. 5.2 Orvie's Role: Orvie acts solely as a facilitator and holds no liability for service performance, operational issues, or search outcomes. 5.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays, failures, or losses due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or technological failures. 5.4 Money-Back Guarantee Terms: Refund eligibility is subject to:

Verification that search efforts were initiated within a reasonable timeframe.
Confirmation that the pet was not located despite best efforts.
Exclusion of cases where fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete information was provided by the user.
Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the search operation’s conclusion.
Pet Hood Watch is under no obligation to provide proof of search efforts or disclose search methodology, as this information is proprietary and confidential. 5.5 Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for the actions of third parties involved in pet searches, including local authorities, volunteers, or independent contractors. 5.6 No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. TERMINATION & MODIFICATIONS

6.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access to the service if these terms are violated. 6.2 Termination by User: Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, fees paid are non-refundable except under the money-back guarantee policy outlined in Section 5. 6.3 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. 7.2 International Disputes: Where applicable, disputes arising from these Terms may be subject to local laws and arbitration procedures in the user’s jurisdiction. 7.3 Arbitration Clause: In the event of a dispute, users agree to attempt resolution through arbitration before pursuing legal action, except where prohibited by local law.
